Bookings & payments
– All sessions are paid in advance unless stated otherwise
– Missed sessions without notice may not be refundable
– Rescheduling must be requested within a reasonable time
Live consultations require reserving time in advance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact me as soon as possible.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment can receive a refund minus a small administrative fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund, as the time slot has already been reserved and may not be filled again.
If you are unable to attend your session, you may request to reschedule your appointment depending on availability.
Recorded readings are prepared specifically for each person and are therefore not refundable once the work has begun.

All text, images, and content on this website belong to Mama Ama unless otherwise stated.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.
Respectful use

Harassment, abuse, or misuse of services will not be tolerated.
